oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Rekabet Kurulu tarafından, iş gücü piyasasında 4054 sayılı Rekabetin Korunması Hakkında Kanun'un 4'üncü maddesinin ihlal edilip edilmediğinin tespitine yönelik olarak, Bankamızın da içinde bulunduğu bazı bankalar ve finansal kurumlar ile diğer şirketler nezdinde soruşturma açılmasına karar verilmiştir. Bilindiği üzere Rekabet Kurulu tarafından soruşturma açılması, soruşturmaya konu teşebbüslerin 4054 sayılı Kanun'u ihlal ettikleri, Kanun kapsamında ceza yaptırımı ile karşı karşıya kaldıkları veya kalacakları şeklinde yorumlanamaz. Konu hakkındaki önemli gelişmeler sermaye piyasası mevzuatı çerçevesinde kamuya açıklanacaktır. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi eş anlı kamuya açıklanmış olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir. | The Competition Board has decided to initiate an investigation at certain banks and financial institutions with other companies, including our Bank, in order to determine whether Article 4 of Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition has been violated in the labor market. As is known, the initiation of an investigation by the Competition Board cannot be interpreted as meaning that the undertakings subject to the investigation have violated Law No. 4054 or that they are or will be subject to any administrative sanctions under the Law. Material developments regarding the matter will be disclosed to the public in accordance with capital markets legislation. This statement has been translated into English and simultaneously announced for informational purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail. | |||||||
