Ltd. arasında imzalanan 29 Eylül 2023 tarihli gemi inşa sözleşmesine konu olan 42.350 DWT taşıma kapasitesine sahip 32.760.000 USD sözleşme bedelli kuru yük gemisinin Guzide Maritime Limited tarafından satınalma ve teslim işlemlerinin tamamlandığı ve "M/V Guzide" isimli kuru yük gemisinin faaliyetlerine başladığı öğrenilmiştir. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir. | With reference to the shipbuilding agreement dated 29 September 2023, executed between Guzide Maritime Limited, a Malta-based subsidiary operating under GSD Shipping B.V., which is incorporated in the Netherlands and wholly owned by our Company, and Sumisho Marine Co. Ltd., for which Sumitomo Corporation acts as guarantor, concerning the construction of a 42,350 DWT dry cargo vessel with a contract price of USD 32,760,000, we hereby announce that the purchase and delivery procedures of the said vessel have been duly completed by Guzide Maritime Limited. The vessel, named "M/V Guzide," has commenced its commercial operations. We hereby inform the public of these details. This statement was translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail. | |||||||
