1) Net Dönem karından, Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı ve Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesi hükümleri ile Kar Dağıtım Politikasına uygun olarak, yasal yükümlülükler düşüldükten sonra ulaşılan 12.935.091 TL net dağıtılabilir dönem karının %5'i olan 646.755 TL'nin Şirketimiz pay sahiplerine nakit temettü olarak ödenmesine,

2) Şirketimiz pay sahiplerine ödenecek nakit temettünün 1 TL nominal değerde bir adet paya brüt 0,0004311 TL net 0,0003664 TL olarak ödenmesine,

3) Tüm bu hususların, şirketimiz 2025 yılına ait Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında pay sahiplerimizin onayına sunulmasına,
