Pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Directors dated 09 March 2026, and in accordance with the capital markets legislation, Article 15 of the Company's Articles of Association, and the Company's Profit Distribution Policy approved by the shareholders at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting dated 2 April 2026, it was resolved to submit to our shareholders for approval at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting the determination of the total gross dividend amount to be distributed as TRY 400,000,000.00 and that the dividend distribution shall commence no later than December 31, 2026, taking into consideration market expectations as well as the Company's long-term strategies, investment and financing policies, profitability, and cash position. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
