SPK'nın kar dağıtımına ilişkin düzenlemeleri, Esas Sözleşmemizin 29. maddesi ve Yönetim Kurulumuzun 01.03.2017 tarihli toplantısında revize edilen ve aynı tarihte kamuya açıklanan "Kar Dağıtım Politikası"'nda belirtilen esaslara uygun olarak hesaplanan 2025 yılı konsolide dönem karından karşılanmak üzere brüt 135.294.118.- TL ve net 115.000.000.- TL'nin ortaklara 3 taksitte olmak üzere 30.09.2026 tarihinde 35.000.000 TL (OtuzbeşmilyonTL),30.10.2026 tarihinde 40.000.000.-TL(Kırkmilyon TL) ve 30.11.2026 tarihinde 40.000.000.-TL (Kırkmilyon TL) kar payı olarak dağıtılması 14.04.2026 tarihli Genel Kurulda ortakların onayına arz ve teklif edilmesine oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
