At the meeting of the Board of Directors dated 17.03.2026 and numbered 06,
It was resolved to submit for the approval of the General Assembly the distribution of a total gross cash dividend of TRY 4,000,000.00 out of the net distributable profit for the period as of 31.12.2025, amounting to TRY 29,334,261.00 and TRY 141,755,502.49 in the Company's financial statements prepared in accordance with capital markets legislation and in its statutory records, respectively.
