oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | "Holding Foreign Insiders Accountable Act" (Yabancı İçsel Bilgi Sahibi Kişilerin Sorumluluğu Yasası) uyarınca ABD Menkul Kıymetler ve Borsa Komisyonu'nun ("SEC") 27 Şubat 2026 tarihinde yürürlüğe giren nihai düzenlemesi dahilinde, Şirketimiz gibi yabancı ihraççıların yönetim sorumluluğu bulunan kişilerine yönelik getirilen raporlama yükümlülükleri çerçevesinde; Şirketimizde yönetim sorumluluğu bulunan kişilerin Turkcell payları veya bu paylara dayalı türev araçlarındaki güncel bakiyelere ilişkin SEC'ye bildirim yapma yükümlülüğü bulunmaktadır. Bu kapsamda yapılan söz konusu bildirimlere dair bilgilendirme Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Özel Durumlar Tebliği hükümleri uyarınca kamuoyunun bilgisine sunulmaktadır.
| Pursuant to the "Holding Foreign Insiders Accountable Act" adopted by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") through final rules on February 27, 2026, directors and officers of foreign private issuers, such as Turkcell, are required to report their holdings in the equity securities and derivative instruments of such issuers to the SEC. In accordance with the provisions of the Communiqué on Material Events of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye, Turkcell is disclosing to the public certain initial statements of beneficial ownership of securities that have been filed in accordance with such SEC requirements.
