At our company's 2025 Annual General Meeting held on March 24th, 2026, a total cash dividend of TL 80,000,000 will be distributed to shareholders, consisting of a first dividend of TL 47,937,500 and a second dividend of TL 32,062,500, to be covered from retained earnings in the CMB financial statements and from the period profit in the legal records and has been decided to commence the cash dividend distribution process on March 31st, 2026.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail. |
