Söz konusu ihaleye ilişkin süreç kapsamında Şirketimiz tarafından değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuş ve teklif verilmiş olup, ihale Şirketimiz lehine sonuçlanmamıştır. Anılan sürecin duyurulması, Özel Durumlar Tebliği (II-15.1) kapsamında Şirketimizin meşru çıkarlarının korunması ve yatırımcıların yanıltılmaması amacıyla, Yönetim Kurulumuzun 04.11.2024 tarihli kararı ile ve hedef şirkete ilişkin detaylı inceleme (due diligence) ile danışmanlık süreçlerinin yürütüldüğü aşamada ertelenmiş olup, basında yer alan söz konusu haberler sonrasında erteleme sebepleri ortadan kalkmıştır. Söz konusu ihale, Şirketimizin büyüme stratejileri kapsamında rutin olarak değerlendirilen fırsatlardan biri olup, Şirketimizin faaliyetleri açısından önemli veya stratejik nitelikte bir gelişme değildir. Bu gelişmenin Şirketimizin finansal durumu ve faaliyetleri üzerinde önemli bir etkisi bulunmamaktadır. Şirketimiz, faaliyet gösterdiği pazarlarda büyüme stratejisi doğrultusunda benzer nitelikteki yatırım ve rutin ihale fırsatlarını değerlendirmeye devam etmektedir. Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur. | Certain news has been published in various media outlets regarding the airport ground handling services tender in Cape Verde, in which our Company also participated. Within the scope of the relevant process, our Company conducted its evaluation and submitted a bid; however, the tender has not been awarded in favor of our Company. The disclosure of this process had been postponed in accordance with the Communiqué on Material Events (II-15.1), by the resolution of our Board of Directors dated 04 November 2024 in order to protect the legitimate interests of the Company and to prevent any potential misguidance of investors, during the stage where detailed due diligence and advisory processes regarding the target company were being carried out. Following the recent news published in the media, the reasons for such postponement have ceased to exist. The aforementioned tender constitutes one of the routine opportunities evaluated within the scope of our Company's growth strategy and does not represent a material or strategic development for our Company. This development does not have any significant impact on our Company's financial position or operations. Our Company will continue to evaluate similar investment and routine tender opportunities in line with its growth strategy in the markets in which it operates. This is respectfully announced to the public. This Material Disclosure Announcement is prepared in Turkish and in English.
