27/03/2026 tarihli KAP açıklamamızda;

‘'Şirketimiz, Gaziantep Üniversitesi Şahinbey Araştırma ve Uygulama Hastanesi Başhekimliği tarafından 26.03.2026 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen "36 Ay Süreli Manuel/Tam Otomatik İnfüzyon Kemoterapisi Hizmet Alımı" ihalesine katılmıştır.

Elektronik Kamu Alımları Platformu (EKAP) üzerinden açıklanan verilere göre, ihaleye katılan 3 istekli arasında verilen teklifler doğrultusunda, 141.051.834,15 TL bedel ile Şirketimiz tarafından sunulan teklif ekonomik açıdan en avantajlı teklif olmuştur.

İhale süreci devam etmekte olup, kesinleşen ihale kararının tarafımıza tebliği beklenmektedir.''denilmiş olup,

30/03/2026 tarih, 1 no.lu kesinleşen ihale kararı Elektronik Kamu Alımları Platformu (EKAP) üzerinden tarafımıza tebliğ edilmiştir.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

In our Public Disclosure dated 27/03/2026, it was stated that:

"Our Company participated in the tender for the ‘36-Month Manual/Fully Automatic Infusion Chemotherapy Service Procurement' held on 26/03/2026 by the Chief Physician's Office of Gaziantep University Şahinbey Research and Application Hospital.

According to the data announced on the Electronic Public Procurement Platform (EKAP), among the three bidders participating in the tender, our Company's bid amounting to TRY 141,051,834.15 was the most economically advantageous offer.

The tender process was ongoing, and the finalized tender decision was awaited to be notified to our Company."

Subsequently, the finalized tender decision dated 30/03/2026 and numbered 1 has been notified to our Company via the Electronic Public Procurement Platform (EKAP).

Respectfully announced to the public.
