At the Ordinary General Assembly of our Company held on March 26, 2026 for the 2025 fiscal year, it was resolved to distribute a total cash dividend of TRY 6,600,000,000 in two equal installments. Accordingly, the first installment amounting to TRY 3,300,000,000 will be distributed as of April 13, 2026, and the second installment amounting to TRY 3,300,000,000 will be distributed as of August 13, 2026. This statement was translated into English for informational purposes.
