The Company's General Manager, Ms. Sitare Sezgin, will leave her position as of April 30, 2026.
In accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors dated April 13, 2026, Mr. Gökhan Eyigün, who currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, will assume the role of Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Company, effective May 1, 2026, in addition to his current duties, until a new appointment is made to the position of General Manager.
