Within the scope of the initial public offering of our Company's shares, and in line with the fund utilization report disclosed in the prospectus, the bank loan held with Odea BankA.Ş. has been repaid in accordance with the utilization ratios specified therein, and the corresponding financial debt payment has been completed.
