Celebi Tanzania Aviation Services Ltd., one of our subsidiaries, provides ground handling and air cargo services at Julius Nyerere International Airport in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Following the expiry of the concession agreement for the airport where the aforementioned subsidiary operates, operations in the relevant market will not continue under the current structure, following a comprehensive evaluation of the operating framework, in line with our Company's long-term value creation strategy.
The share of the aforementioned subsidiary in our Company's consolidated financial statements is very limited; as of the financial data as at 31 December 2025, its share of total revenue is approximately 0.2% (2 per thousand), its share of total assets is approximately 0.5% (5 per thousand), and the loss impact on our profit for the period stands at -2.1% (-2.1 per cent). Consequently, this development has no significant impact on our Company's consolidated financial statements or profitability.
Our Company maintains a strong operational presence across Europe, Asia and Africa. In line with its growth strategy in Africa, and following its recent entry into the Kenyan market, the Company continues to monitor and assess other opportunities across the continent that would support its long-term value creation strategy.
