Anadolu Efes, yüksek potansiyele sahip pazarlardaki varlığını güçlendirmeye yönelik lokalizasyon ve büyüme stratejisi doğrultusunda, Özbekistan'da Şirketimiz'in ana bira markalarının yerel üretimine yönelik bir üretim (toll‑fill) anlaşması imzalamıştır.

Üretime geçilmeden önce, üretimin Anadolu Efes'in kalite ve üretim standartlarını eksiksiz şekilde karşıladığından emin olmak amacıyla gerekli teknik hazırlıklar yapılacaktır. Söz konusu yerel üretim faaliyetleri, Efes Breweries International B.V.'nin %100 iştiraki olarak yeni kurulan Efes Tashkent FE LLC ("Efes Tashkent") üzerinden yürütülecektir. Efes Tashkent, Anadolu Efes markalarının Özbekistan'da üretim, satış ve dağıtım süreçlerinden sorumlu olacaktır.

Ticari faaliyetlerin 2026 yılının ikinci çeyreği içerisinde teknik hazırlıkların tamamlanmasının ardından başlayacak olması tahmin edilmektedir. Bu nedenle, yerel üretime geçişin 2026 yılında bira hacimlerimize katkısının sınırlı kalması beklenmektedir.

In line with our localization and growth strategy, strengthening our presence in high-potential markets, Anadolu Efes has signed a toll-filling agreement for the local production of our key beer brands in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Prior to the commencement of production, the necessary technical preparations will be completed at the partner's brewery to ensure that all manufacturing processes fully comply with Anadolu Efes' production standards. Through our newly established company Efes Tashkent FE LLC ("Efes Tashkent"), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Efes Breweries International B.V., the production, sales and distribution of locally produced Anadolu Efes brands across Uzbekistan will be carried out.

The contribution of transition to our total beer volumes is expected to remain limited in 2026, as commercial operations are planned to commence once technical preparations are completed, which is anticipated to be within 2Q2026.
