oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu tarafından; Muğla ili, Bodrum ilçesi, Turgutreis Mahallesi'nde bulunan ve portföyümüzde yer alan Swissotel Resort Bodrum Beach'e komşu konumdaki, 184 ada 1 parselde kayıtlı 5.369 m² büyüklüğündeki taşınmazın; gerçek kişiler mülkiyetinde bulunan paylarının tamamı, İnvest Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.'nin 02.05.2026 tarihli ve 2026/0897 sayılı değerleme raporunda KDV hariç 195.285.000 TL olarak takdir edilen piyasa değeri üzerinden yaklaşık %8 iskonto uygulanarak 180.000.000 TL bedel ile peşin ödeme olarak bugün (04.05.2026) satın alınmıştır. Yatırım kapsamında, mevcut portföy yapımızın geliştirilmesi ve sürdürülebilir kira geliri yaratılması amacıyla söz konusu taşınmaz üzerinde proje geliştirilmesi planlanmaktadır. Kamuoyu ve yatırımcılarımızın bilgilerine sunarız. | Our Board of Directors has resolved to acquire all shares held by private individuals in the real estate registered at Block 184, Parcel 1, comprising 5,369 m² and located in the Turgutreis Neighborhood of Bodrum, Muğla, which is adjacent to our portfolio asset Swissotel Resort Bodrum Beach. The acquisition was completed today, May 4, 2026, for a total cash consideration of TRY 180,000,000, representing an approximate 8% discount on the fair market value of TRY 195,285,000 (excluding VAT) as appraised in the valuation report dated May 2, 2026, by Invest Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. The full purchase price has been paid upfront in cash. Within the scope of this investment, we plan to develop a project on the aforementioned property to enhance our current portfolio structure and generate sustainable rental income.
