Our wholly owned subsidiary, Suda Maden A.Ş., has been conducting activities to evaluate opportunities in Central Asia and Venezuela within the scope of its overall growth strategy in the field of precious and strategic metal mining.
As a step within this ongoing process carried out in line with our strategic objectives, a memorandum was signed on May 5, 2026, between Suda Maden A.Ş. and Uzbek Technological Metals Complex JSC, a state-owned company based in Uzbekistan, regarding the exploration of antimony and other precious and strategic metal potential in Uzbekistan and neighboring countries, as well as the evaluation of potential joint production facility investments in Uzbekistan.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
