Within the scope of the transaction announced to the public by our Company on 13 March 2026, it has been communicated that the Competition Authority has granted its approval for our Company to acquire a 100% stake in Koç Finansman A.Ş.
Efforts to fulfil the other closing conditions stipulated under the Share Purchase Agreement are ongoing, and any significant developments regarding the transaction will be disclosed to the public.
