oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Bankamızın 24.02.2026 tarihli özel durum açıklaması ile, Rekabet Kurulu tarafından, iş gücü piyasasında 4054 sayılı Rekabetin Korunması Hakkında Kanun'un 4'üncü maddesinin ihlal edilip edilmediğinin incelenmesi amacıyla, Bankamızın da aralarında yer aldığı bazı bankalar ve finansal kurumlar ile diğer şirketler nezdinde soruşturma açılmasına karar verildiği kamuya duyurulmuştu. Rekabet Kurulu ile gerçekleştirilen uzlaşma görüşmesi neticesinde, QNB Bank A.Ş. açısından soruşturmanın uzlaşma ile sonlandırılmasına karar verilmiştir. Uzlaşma neticesinde, 1.007.484.234,00-TL tutarındaki idari para cezasının gerekçeli kararın tebliğinden itibaren 5326 sayılı Kabahatler Kanunu uyarınca % 25 indirimli olarak ödenmesi değerlendirilmektedir. Kamuoyunun bilgisine sunarız.
| With the public disclosure of the Bank dated 24.02.2026, it was disclosed that the Competition Authority had decided to launch an investigation into our Bank, along with certain other banks, financial institutions, and companies, to examine whether Article 4 of Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition had been violated in the labor market. As a result of settlement negotiations held with the Competition Authority, it has been decided to conclude the investigation through a settlement with respect to QNB Bank A.Ş.; In line with such settlement, the administrative fine amounting to TRY 1,007,484,234.00 is considered to be paid with a 25 % discount to be applied as per the Law No. 5326 on Misdemeanors, following the notification of the reasoned decision of the Competition Authority. Kindly submitted for the information of the public. *In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail. | |||||||
