Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde (ABD) bulunan bağlı ortaklığımız Borusan Berg Pipe, ABD'de yürütülen ticari görüşmeler sonucunda yaklaşık 742 milyon ABD doları tutarında yeni satış siparişleri almıştır. Söz konusu siparişler kapsamında, büyük çaplı hat borularının çoğunluğunun 2027 yılı içerisinde üretilmesi ve sevkiyatlarının aynı yıl içinde gerçekleştirilmesi, kalan bölümünün üretim ve sevkiyatlarının ise 2028 yılının ilk çeyreğinde tamamlanması planlanmaktadır. Teslimat takvimine bağlı olarak, siparişlerin ağırlıklı kısmının 2027 yılı konsolide gelirlerimize, kalan kısmının ise 2028 yılı ilk çeyrek gelirlerimize katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir. Bu öngörüler, siparişlerle ilgili projelerin ilerleme durumu ve ticari koşullardaki olağan değişkenliklere bağlı olarak farklılık gösterebilir.

Our subsidiary located in the United States of America (USA), Borusan Berg Pipe, has secured new sales orders totaling approximately USD 742 million as a result of commercial negotiations conducted in the USA. Within the scope of these orders, the majority of the large-diameter line pipes are planned to be manufactured and shipped during 2027, while the manufacture and shipment of the remaining portion is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2028. Subject to the delivery schedule, the majority of the orders are expected to contribute to our consolidated revenues in 2027, while the remaining portion is expected to contribute to our revenues in the first quarter of 2028. These projections may vary depending on the progress of the related projects and normal fluctuations in commercial conditions.
