Şirketimiz ile yurtiçi yerleşik bir şirket arasında güneş enerjisi panellerinin anahtar teslim kurulumu ve devreye alınmasına ilişkin sözleşme imzalanmıştır. Söz konusu sözleşmenin toplam bedeli KDV hariç 812.500.000 TL olup, 2026 yılı sonuna kadar projenin tamamlanması ve hasılata yansıması beklenmektedir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Our Company has signed an agreement with a domestic company regarding the turnkey installation and commissioning of solar energy panels. The total value of the said agreement is TRY 812,500,000 excluding VAT, and the completion of the project as well as the related revenue recognition are expected by the end of 2026.
