03.11.2025 tarihli Özel Durum Açıklamamız ile Şirketimizin dolaylı bağlı ortaklığı Global Ports Holding ("GPH")'in, İspanya'nın Ferrol şehrinde yer alan ve Ferrol-San Cibrao Liman Başkanlığı (Autoridad Portuaria de Ferrol-San Cibrao) tarafından yürütülen Ferrol Kruvaziyer Limanı'nın 30 yıl süreyle işletme imtiyazı ihalesi kapsamında vermiş olduğu teklifin en iyi teklif seçildiğini kamuoyuna duyurmuştuk.

GPH, Ferrol-San Cibrao Liman Başkanlığı Yönetim Kurulu tarafından alınan karar doğrultusunda, Ferrol Kruvaziyer Limanı'nın 30 yıl süreyle işletilmesine yönelik imtiyaz hakkının GPH'e verildiğini Şirketimize bildirmiştir.

İmtiyaz hakkının elde edilmesini takiben, GPH tarafından, ilk faza ilişkin inşaat projesinin üç ay içerisinde ilgili otoritelere sunulması ve gerekli izinlerin alınmasını müteakip inşaat çalışmalarına altı ay içerisinde başlanması öngörülmektedir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

We had announced on 03.11.2025 that the bid submitted by our indirect subsidiary Global Ports Holding ("GPH") for the 30-year operating concession of Ferrol Cruise Port, tendered by the Port Authority of Ferrol-San Cibrao (Autoridad Portuaria de Ferrol-San Cibrao) in Ferrol, Spain, had been selected as the preferred bid.

GPH has notified our Company that, pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Directors of the Port Authority of Ferrol-San Cibrao, the 30-year concession right for the operation of Ferrol Cruise Port has been granted to GPH.

Following the concession award, Global Ports Holding will submit the construction project for the first phase within three months, with works expected to begin within six months, subject to the necessary approvals from the Port Authority.
