Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı ve Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesi hükümleri ile Kâr Dağıtım Politikasına uygun olarak, bağışlar eklenip yasal yükümlülükler düşüldükten sonra ulaşılan 471.195.448 TL net dağıtılabilir dönem kârından (yasal kayıtlara göre 43.457.455 TL) 43.457.455 TL'nin ortaklara birinci temettü, 281.542.545 TL ortaklara ikinci temettü, olmak üzere toplam 325.000.000 TL'nin Şirketimiz pay sahiplerine nakit temettü olarak ödenmesi, Şirketimizin pay sahiplerine ödenecek nakit temettünün 1 TL nominal değerde bir adet paya brüt 0,1697 TL, net 0,1443 TL olarak ödenmesi, Ödeme tarihinin 1 Temmuz 2026 olarak belirlenmesi ve bu hususta Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun yetkilendirilmesi hususları,
