Yönetim Kurulu'nun 04.05.2026 tarih ve 2026/07 sayılı Kararı ile hazırlanarak Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu ve şirketimiz internet sitesinde duyurulan Kar Dağıtım önerisi okundu. 31 Aralık 2025 tarihinde sona eren hesap döneminde, Şirketimizin Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre hazırlanan Gelir Tablosuna göre Net Dönem Kârı 1.822.453.412,03 TL, TFRS' ye göre düzenlenmiş mali tablolardaki Net Dönem Kârı ise 3.401.609.611 TL'dir. i- Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu mevzuatı ve diğer mevzuat hükümleri çerçevesinde, işbu karar ekindeki kar payı dağıtım tablosunda ayrıntılı olarak belirtildiği üzere, dağıtılacak kâr payı toplamından ödenmiş sermayenin yüzde beşi düşüldükten ve bulunan tutardan 151.666.666,67 TL genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra, VUK'a göre düzenlenmiş mali tablolardaki 2025 yılı kârının 1.400.000.000 TL'lik kısmının kâr payı olarak dağıtılması, 270.786.745,36 TL'lik kısmının ise olağanüstü yedek akçe olarak ayrılması, ii- Kar payı olarak dağıtılacak 1.400.000.000 TL'nin; 700.000.000 TL sermayeyi temsil eden hisse senedi sahiplerine hisse başına brüt 2 TL (hisse başına brüt %200), hisse başına net 1,70 TL (hisse başına net %170) tutarında nakden kâr payının 18 Haziran 2026 tarihinde dağıtılmasına oy birliği ile karar verildi. Kamuoyuna duyurulur. |
