Sayın Paydaşlarımız,

Ichain Yönetim Kurulu tarafından; kripto varlık teknolojilerine odaklı yatırımlar gerçekleştirmek amacıyla faaliyet gösteren Ichain, kripto varlıklar ve merkeziyetsiz finans (DeFi) alanında iş birlikleri ve yatırımlar yapma hedefi doğrultusunda; kuruluş amacı, kripto varlıkların alım satımı, ilk satış ya da dağıtımı, takas, transfer ve bu işlemlere ilişkin saklama hizmetlerinin sunulması olan Misyon Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu AŞ'nin ("Misyon Kripto") gerçekleştireceği sermaye artırımına iştirak etme kararı almıştır.

III-35/B.2 sayılı Kripto Varlık Hizmet Sağlayıcıların Çalışma Usul ve Esasları ile Sermaye Yeterliliği Hakkında Tebliğ'in 34 üncü maddesi uyarınca yeniden belirlenen sermaye tutarlarının sağlanması için, Ichain tarafından Misyon Kripto'nun gerçekleştireceği sermaye artırımına iştirak edilmesine ve artırılan sermayeyi temsil eden toplam 100.000.000 adet payın 100.000.000 TL bedelle satın alınmasına karar verilmiştir.

Bu işlem sonucunda Misyon Kripto'daki;

Ichain Yatırım Holding AŞ'nin payı %80,00,

Misyon Finansal Teknolojiler AŞ‘nin payı %20,00 olacaktır.

Etkin sahiplik oranı bakımından Misyon Kripto'daki;

Gedik Yatırım AŞ'nin %84,

Misyon Yatırım Bankası AŞ'nin %20 dolaylı payı olacaktır.

Dear Stakeholders,

By the decision of the Board of Directors of Ichain; in line with its objective of making investments focused on crypto asset technologies, Ichain, which operates for this purpose, has decided to participate in the capital increase to be carried out by Misyon Crypto Asset Trading Platform Inc. ("Misyon Crypto"), whose purpose of establishment is the buying and selling of crypto assets, initial offering or distribution, exchange, transfer and the provision of custody services related to these transactions, in line with its goal of making collaborations and investments in the fields of crypto assets and decentralized finance (DeFi).

In order to meet the capital amounts re-determined pursuant to Article 34 of the Communiqué No. III-35/B.2 on the Working Procedures and Principles and Capital Adequacy of Crypto Asset Service Providers, it has been resolved that Ichain shall participate in the capital increase to be carried out by Misyon Crypto and purchase a total of 100,000,000 shares representing the increased capital for a consideration of TRY 100,000,000.

As a result of this transaction, in Misyon Crypto;

Ichain Yatırım Holding AŞ's share will be 80.00%,

Misyon Finansal Teknolojiler AŞ's share will be 20.00%.

In terms of effective ownership ratio in Misyon Kripto;

Gedik Yatırım AŞ's share will be 84%,

Misyon Yatırım Bankası AŞ will have an indirect share of 20%.

Developments regarding the process will be shared with the public in the upcoming period.
