The Compliance Report required by the Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA) signed between the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York and the Bank on May 11, 2026 was prepared by the expert entity and submitted in a timely manner to the U.S. Department of Justice U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York and U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). As required in the settlement agreement, following the submission of the Compliance Report, Halkbank and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York submitted the jointly signed letter for the dismissal of the criminal case to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on June 10, 2026. Following the District Court's granting the dismissal of the criminal case in a short time upon considering the joint letter, Halkbank's criminal case ongoing for 9 years will have been fully concluded.
