Şirketimiz, Azerbaycan'da faaliyet gösteren Clean Energy Jabrayil LLC ile Karabağ Bölgesi'nin yeniden imar ve kalkınma sürecinde öne çıkan yenilenebilir enerji yatırımlarından biri olan Cebrayil Güneş Enerjisi Santrali Projesi'nin anahtar teslim kurulumu kapsamında anlaşmaya varmıştır.

Söz konusu projenin bedeli 28.288.200 USD olup, güncel USD/TL kuru baz alındığında yaklaşık 1.304.991.242 TL'ye karşılık gelmektedir.

Proje kapsamında saha içerisinde kullanılacak şalt ekipmanları bağlı ortaklığımız Europower Enerji A.Ş. tarafından üretilecektir.

Kamuoyuna ve yatırımcılarımıza saygıyla duyurulur.

Our Company has reached an agreement with Clean Energy Jabrayil LLC, operating in Azerbaijan, for the turnkey installation of the Jabrayil Solar Power Plant Project, which is one of the prominent renewable energy investments in the reconstruction and development process of the Karabakh Region.

The total contract value of the project is USD 28,288,200, corresponding to approximately TRY 1,304,991,242 based on the current USD/TRY exchange rate.

The switchgear equipment to be used within the scope of the project will be manufactured by our subsidiary, Europower Enerji A.Ş.
