Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulunun 23.06.2026 tarihli toplantısında, işletme hakkı Şirketimizde bulunan Balıkesir ili Manyas ilçesi dahilinde bulunan 6857 sicil numaralı, maden ocağı ruhsatının, söz konusu ocakdan elde edilen hammaddelere olan ihtiyacın azalması ve ocağın elde tutma maliyetlerinin yüksek olması, yeni ruhsat başvuruları ve ar-ge bütçesinin dengesinin sağlanması amacıyla terk edilmesine karar verilmiştir.

Kapatılacak ocağın şirketimiz genel üretim kapasitesi ve müşteri taleplerinin karşılanması üzerinde olumsuz bir etkisi bulunmamaktadır. Şirketimiz, operasyonel verimliliği artırmak ve kaynaklarını etkin kullanmak amacıyla bu kararı almıştır.

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company dated 23.06.2026, it was resolved to abandon the mining license numbered 6857, located within the borders of Manyas district of Balıkesir province and operated by our Company, due to the decreasing need for raw materials obtained from the quarry, the high holding costs of the quarry, and in order to maintain a balanced allocation of resources between new license applications and the R&D budget.

The closure of the quarry in question will not have any adverse effect on our Company's overall production capacity or its ability to meet customer demands. This decision has been taken in line with our Company's objective of increasing operational efficiency and utilizing resources more effectively.
