Şirketimiz tarafından yürütülen Ar-Ge ve ürün geliştirme çalışmaları kapsamında, raylı sistemler sektöründe kullanılan tren koltuklarına yönelik HR (yüksek elastikiyet) köpük sistemi geliştirilmiştir.

Geliştirilen sistem, raylı sistem uygulamalarında aranan yangın güvenliği kriterleri doğrultusunda EN 45545-2 standardı kapsamında gerçekleştirilen ısı salım hızı ve toksik gaz yoğunluğu testlerini başarıyla tamamlamıştır.

Söz konusu ürün ile Şirketimiz, raylı sistemler sektörüne yönelik ürün portföyünü genişletmiş olup, mevcut ve potansiyel müşteriler nezdindeki ticari değerlendirme süreçleri devam etmektedir. Ürünün orta ve uzun vadede Şirketimizin katma değerli ürün satışlarının ve raylı sistemler sektöründeki faaliyetlerinin gelişimine katkı sağlaması hedeflenmektedir.

As part of the Company's R&D and product development activities, an HR (High Resilience) Foam System has been developed for train seat applications used in the rail systems industry.

The developed system has successfully passed the heat release rate and smoke toxicity tests conducted in accordance with the EN 45545-2 standard, in line with the fire safety requirements applicable to rail system applications.

With this product, the Company has expanded its product portfolio for the rail systems industry, and commercial evaluation processes with existing and potential customers are currently ongoing. The product is expected to contribute to the Company's value-added product sales and the development of its activities in the rail systems industry in the medium and long term.
