Gedik Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ'nin %100 bağlı ortaklığı olan Ichain Yatırım Holding AŞ ile Misyon Yatırım Bankası AŞ bünyesinde faaliyet gösteren Misyon Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu AŞ'nin ticaret unvanının Inveo Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu AŞ olarak değiştirilmesine ve sermayesinin 150.000.000 TL'den 250.000.000 TL'ye artırılmasına ilişkin işlemler, 26.06.2026 tarihinde gerçekleşmiş olup, yeni ticaret unvanı ve sermayesi tescil edilmiştir.

Sermaye artırımının ardından, Gedik Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ'nin %100 bağlı ortaklığı olan Ichain Yatırım Holding'in sermayedeki payı %80, Misyon Yatırım Bankası AŞ'nin sermayedeki payı dolaylı olarak %20 olmuştur.

Bu adım, şirketin kripto yatırım, blockchain ve tokenizasyon alanındaki uzun vadeli stratejik konumlanmasının bir parçasıdır. SPK Faaliyette Bulunanlar Listesi'nde yer alan bir kripto varlık hizmet sağlayıcısı olan şirket, bu alandaki yatırımlarını artırarak faaliyetlerine devam edecektir.

Dear Stakeholders,

The procedures for the change of the trade name of Misyon Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu AŞ, operating under Misyon Yatırım Bankası AŞ together with Ichain Yatırım Holding AŞ, a 100% subsidiary of Gedik Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, to Inveo Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu AŞ, and for the increase of its capital from TRY 150,000,000 to TRY 250,000,000 were completed on June 26, 2026, and its new trade name and capital have been registered.

Following the capital increase, the share of Ichain Yatırım Holding, a 100% subsidiary of Gedik Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, in the capital became 80%, while the indirect share of Misyon Yatırım Bankası AŞ in the capital became 20%.

This step forms part of the company's long-term strategic positioning in the fields of crypto investment, blockchain and tokenization. The company, which is a crypto asset service provider included in the CMB's List of Operating Entities, will continue its activities by increasing its investments in this field.
