Şirketimiz bünyesinde Yatırımcı İlişkileri Yöneticisi ve Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi Üyeliği görevlerini yürüten Sn. Alper GÜR bu görevlerinden ayrılmış olup, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun; II-17.1 sayılı Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği'nin "Yatırımcı İlişkileri Bölümü" başlıklı 11.maddesinde belirlenen görevleri yerine getirmek üzere; SPK VII-128.7 sayılı Sermaye Piyasasında Faaliyette Bulunanlar İçin Lisanslama ve Sicil Tutmaya İlişkin Esaslar Hakkında Tebliği ve II-17.1 sayılı Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği'nde belirtilen şartlara haiz olduğu anlaşılan, sırasıyla 942732 ve 943596 sicil numaralarıyla Sermaye Piyasası Faaliyetleri Düzey 3, Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme Lisanslarına sahip Sn. Muhammed Mert AYKUT'un Şirketimizde Yatırımcı İlişkileri Yöneticisi olarak atanmasına ve Şirketimizin kurumsal yönetim komitesine Muhammed Mert AYKUT'un atanmasına karar verilmiştir.

Tasarruf sahiplerinin ve kamuoyunun bilgisine saygıyla duyurulur.

Mr. Alper GÜR, who has been serving as the Investor Relations Manager and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee of our Company, has resigned from these positions.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Corporate Governance Communiqué (II-17.1) of the Capital Markets Board, titled "Investor Relations Department", and in order to perform the duties set forth therein, it has been resolved to appoint Mr. Muhammed Mert AYKUT, who holds Capital Markets Activities Level 3 and Corporate Governance Rating Licenses with license registry numbers 942732 and 943596, respectively, and who satisfies the qualifications stipulated under the Communiqué on the Principles Regarding Licensing and Record Keeping for Persons Engaged in Capital Market Activities (VII-128.7) and the Corporate Governance Communiqué (II-17.1), as the Investor Relations Manager of our Company.

It has also been resolved to appoint Mr. Muhammed Mert AYKUT as a member of the Company's Corporate Governance Committee.
