The Company's intra-group transactions are tested using the transfer pricing methods determined by the Turkish transfer pricing legislation, and detailed information regarding the transfer pricing methods applied in determining the prices and values used in these transactions is included in the relevant sections of the report. It is anticipated that, during the accounting period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, the ratio of the Company's recurring and continuous electricity sales transactions with Aydem EPSAŞ to the revenue reported in the latest financial statements, and the ratio of the Company's recurring and continuous electricity purchase transactions with Bereket Tedarik to the cost of sales, will exceed both the 3% threshold specified in the Company's policy and the 10% threshold stipulated in the relevant provision of the Communiqué.
