Şirketimiz İstanbul İli Ümraniye İlçesi, Finanskent Mahallesi 3328 Ada 12 Parselde kayıtlı iskanı alınmış kat mülkiyetine geçişi tamamlanmış projede 35.686 M² brüt satış alanlı 36 adet ofis ve 2.210 M² brüt satış alanlı 12 adet dükkan nitelikli bağımsız bölümlerin satış ve kira değeri 2026 ilk yarıyıl değerleme raporu ektedir.

Our company is involved in a project located in the Finanskent neighborhood of Ümraniye District, Istanbul Province, on Plot 12 of Block 3328, where the transition to condominium ownership has been completed and occupancy permits have been obtained. The project includes 35. 686 m² of gross leasable area, and 12 retail units with a total gross leasable area of 2,210 m². The valuation report for the first half of 2026 is attached.
