Şirketimiz ile Amerika'da yerleşik bir firma arasında, büyüklükleri 100 MVA ile 350 MVA arasında değişen güç transformatörlerinin tedariğine yönelik olarak 42.510.595,00 USD (Kırk iki milyon beş yüz on bin beş yüz doksan beş Amerikan Doları) (TCMB Döviz Alış Kuru: 46,7525 üzerinden 1.987.476.592,74 TL) tutarında bir sözleşme 08.07.2026 tarihinde imzalanmıştır.

Sözleşme kapsamındaki teslimatların 2027 yılının Mart, Ağustos ve Ekim aylarında gerçekleştirilmesi planlanmaktadır.

İmzalanan sözleşmenin 2025 yılı sonu hasılatına oranı %5,63'tür.

A contract amounting to USD 42,510,595.00 (Forty-two million five hundred ten thousand five hundred ninety-five United States Dollars), corresponding to TRY 1,987,476,592.74 based on the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) USD buying exchange rate of 46.7525, was signed on July 8, 2026, between our Company and a company domiciled in the United States for the supply of power transformers with capacities ranging from 100 MVA to 350 MVA.

The deliveries under the contract are planned to be carried out in March, August and October 2027.

The amount of the signed contract corresponds to 5.63% of our Company's year-end 2025 revenue.

This announcement is respectfully submitted for the information of the public and our investors.
