Şirketlerimizde Grup Yatırımcı İlişkileri Direktörü olarak görev yapan Sayın Alican Sancak, bugün itibarıyla tüm görevlerinden ayrılmıştır.

Sayın Alican Sancak, görev süresi boyunca Şirketlerimizin sermaye piyasaları ile ilişkilerinin güçlendirilmesi, yatırımcı tabanının genişletilmesi, sermaye piyasası işlemlerinin etkin ve şeffaf bir şekilde yürütülmesi ile kurumsal yönetim ve yatırımcı iletişimi uygulamalarının geliştirilmesine önemli katkılarda bulunmuştur.

Şirketlerimize sunduğu değerli katkılar için kendisine teşekkür eder, bundan sonraki kariyerinde başarılar dileriz.

Boşalan pozisyona yapılacak atamaya ilişkin gelişmeler, ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde ayrıca kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır.

Mr. Alican Sancak, who has been serving as the Group Director of Investor Relations at our Companies, has resigned from all of his duties effective as of today, in line with his personal career plans and due to the non-payment of his employment-related entitlements.

During his tenure, Mr. Alican Sancak made significant contributions to strengthening our Companies' relations with the capital markets, broadening the investor base, ensuring the effective and transparent execution of capital markets transactions, and enhancing corporate governance and investor relations practices.

We would like to thank Mr. Alican Sancak for his valuable contributions to our Companies and wish him every success in his future career.

Developments regarding the appointment to the vacant position will be disclosed to the public separately in accordance with the applicable legislation.
