Şirketimiz ve bağlı ortaklığımız Erde Mühendislik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. ("Erde Mühendislik"), Diyarbakır Dünya Göz Hastanesi Projesi Mekanik ve Elektrik Tesisat İşleri ile ilgili yapılan ihaleye teklif vermiş olup, işveren Dünya Göz Hastanesi San. ve Tic. A.Ş., ihalenin lehimize sonuçlandığını bildirmiştir.

İlgili proje kapsamında bugün (13.07.2026), Şirketimiz ve Erde Mühendislik ile Dünya Göz Hastanesi San. ve Tic. A.Ş. arasında sözleşme imzalanmıştır.

İmzalanan sözleşme bedeli Şirketimiz için 55.000.000-TL (KDV Hariç) ve Erde Mühendislik için 50.000.000-TL (KDV Hariç) olmak üzere toplam 126.000.000-TL (KDV Dahil) olup projenin 6 ay içerisinde tamamlanması planlanmaktadır.

It has been informed by Dünya Göz Hastanesi San. ve Tic. A.Ş. that the tender for Diyarbakır Dünya Göz Hospital Project mechanical and electrical installation works was concluded in favour of our Company and its wholly owned subsidiary Erde Mühendislik San. ve Tic. A.Ş.

Within the scope of the relevant Project, today (13.07.2026) a contract has been signed between our Company and Erde Mühendislik, and Dünya Göz Hastanesi San. ve Tic. A.Ş.

The signed contract price is 55.000.000-TL (excluding VAT) for our Company and 50.000.000-TL (excluding VAT) for Erde Mühendislik, corresponding to a total contract value of 126.000.000-TL (including VAT). The project is planned to be completed within 6 months.

We respectfully announce to the public and our shareholders.
