Şirketimiz ile Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde yerleşik bir firma arasında, güç transformatörü tedariğine ilişkin olarak bugün toplam 31.700.000,00 ABD Doları (Otuz Bir Milyon Yedi Yüz Bin ABD Doları) tutarında bir sözleşme imzalanmıştır.

Sözleşme bedelinin, Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası'nın sözleşme tarihindeki ABD Doları döviz alış kuru (46,8084 TL/USD) esas alındığında Türk Lirası karşılığı 1.483.826.280,00 TL'dir.

Söz konusu siparişlerin teslimatlarının 2028 yılının ikinci çeyreğinde gerçekleştirilmesi planlanmaktadır.

Sözleşme bedelinin, Şirketimizin 2025 yılı sonu hasılatına oranı %4,20'dir.

Our Company has signed an agreement today with a company established in the United States of America for the supply of power transformers with a total contract value of USD 31,700,000.00 (Thirty-One Million Seven Hundred Thousand United States Dollars).

Based on the USD buying exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TRY 46.8084/USD) on the contract date, the Turkish Lira equivalent of the contract value is TRY 1,483,826,280.00.

Deliveries under the contract are planned to be completed in the second quarter of 2028.

The contract value corresponds to 4.20% of the Company's revenue as of the end of fiscal year 2025.
