Şirketimizin 11 Mart 2025 tarihli özel durum açıklamasında; yurt içinde yerleşik bir şirket ile güneş enerjisi paneli satışı hususunda 4.523.433.768 TL (124.560.000 USD) tutarında bir ön satış sözleşmesi imzalandığı kamuoyuna duyurulmuştu.

Söz konusu sürece ilişkin olarak taraflar arasında nihai sözleşme imzalanmıştır. Sözleşme kapsamındaki güneş panellerinin teslimatlarına başlanmıştır. Nihai satış sözleşmesi tutarı 5.749.338.093,63 TL (128.065.017,60 USD) olarak güncellenmiştir.

Sözleşmeye konu panellerin teslimatlarının 2026 yılı sonuna kadar tamamlanması ve hasılata yansıması öngörülmektedir.

In our material event disclosure dated March 11, 2025, it was announced to the public that a preliminary sales agreement amounting to TRY 4,523,433,768 (USD 124,560,000) had been signed with a domestic company regarding the sale of solar panels.

Regarding the aforementioned process, the final contract has been signed between the parties, and the deliveries of the solar panels within the scope of the contract have commenced. The final sales contract value has been updated as TRY 5,749,338,093.63 (USD 128,065,017.60).

The delivery of the panels subject to the contract and the related revenue recognition are planned to be completed by the end of 2026.
