oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | In the Company's material event disclosure dated 14 May 2026, it was announced to the public that an application had been submitted to the Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change of the Governorship of Kahramanmaraş for the issuance of a Letter of Conformity regarding "Air Emissions and Noise Control" within the scope of the activities of the II-A Group Dolomite Quarry with licence number 91629. In this context, a "Provincial Directorate Letter of Conformity" was issued on 1 July 2026 by the Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change of the Governorship of Kahramanmaraş, in accordance with the Environmental Permit and Licence Regulation, in relation to the dolomite quarry activity planned to be carried out at the Company's II-A Group Dolomite Quarry licence area with registry number 91629, located at Kelibişler Neighborhood, Kelibişler Cluster Houses N79, Türkoğlu/Kahramanmaraş. The said letter constitutes the basis for the environmental permit/environmental licence application. In the Company's material event disclosure dated 2 July 2026, it was announced to the public that, following the issuance of the aforementioned Letter of Conformity, an application for a Temporary Activity Certificate had been submitted to the Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change of the Governorship of Kahramanmaraş. The aforementioned application process was completed as of 14 July 2026. Accordingly, the Company has obtained a Temporary Activity Certificate from the Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change of the Governorship of Kahramanmaraş in relation to the dolomite quarry activity planned to be carried out at Kelibişler Neighborhood, Kelibişler Cluster Houses N79, Türkoğlu/Kahramanmaraş. The certificate was notified to the Company today. This announcement is made for the information of the public. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes.
