Rey Renewable Energy Ltd, our UK subsidiary in which YEO holds a 75% stake has signed contracts with the project companies (SPVs) of Bluefield Solar Income Fund, a UK-listed renewable energy investment fund focused on solar, wind and energy storage assets, for the turnkey construction of solar power plants with a total installed capacity of 196 MWp across three separate sites in the Northeast of England.
Under the contracts, our company will deliver a full turnkey EPC solution, including engineering and design, procurement and supply of all equipment and materials, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning, followed by two years of operations and maintenance services after the facilities enter commercial operation.
As of December 31, 2025, Bluefield Solar Income Fund is an investor and operator of solar and wind power plants with a total installed capacity of 852 MW, mostly located in the United Kingdom.
