13.10.2025 tarihinde yaptığımız açıklama çerçevesinde şirketimiz %100 bağlı ortaklığı olan MilSOFT Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("MilSOFT") ile yurt içi bir savunma sanayii şirketi arasında bir savunma sanayi projesinde MilSOFT'tan ürün ve hizmet tedariği yapılması kapsamında KDV hariç 1.175.000 USD değerinde sözleşme imzalanmıştır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, metinlerarası farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama metni esas kabul edilecektir.

Within the framework of our disclosure dated October 13, 2025, a contract with a total value of USD 1,175,000 (excluding VAT) has been executed between our wholly owned subsidiary, MilSOFT Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("MilSOFT"), and a domestic defense industry company for the supply of products and services by MilSOFT within the scope of a defense industry project.

The English translation of this disclosure is attached hereto. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
