Şirketimizin yenilenebilir enerji alanındaki yatırımlarını artırma hedefi doğrultusunda, Türkiye'de yerleşik bir şirket ile Şirketimizin %100 oranında bağlı ortaklığı bulunan Bosphorus Yenilenebilir Enerji A.Ş. arasında, Denizli ve Manisa illerinde yer alan toplam kurulu güç potansiyeli 505 MWm olan 9 adet Jeotermal Kaynak Ruhsatının devralınmasına ilişkin olarak, 27.10.2025 tarihinde bir sözleşme imzalanmış, Söz konusu yatırımların geliştirilmesi ve hayata geçirilmesi amacıyla Margün Jeotermal Enerji Üretim A.Ş. kurulmuştur.

Denizli ve Manisa illerinde yer alan, toplam kurulu güç potansiyeli 505 MWm olan 9 adet Jeotermal Kaynak Ruhsatlarının devri 22.04.2026 tarihi itibarıyla tamamlanmıştır.

Ruhsat sahalarında planlanan jeotermal kuyunun sondaj faaliyetlerine ilişkin olarak, Proje Yönetimi, Kuyu Mühendisliği, Saha Süpervizörlüğü ve Teknik Koordinasyon hizmetlerinin sağlanması amacıyla Oilwell Dynamics şirketi ile bugün hizmet sözleşmesi imzalanmıştır.

In line with our Company's strategic objective of increasing its investments in the renewable energy sector, an agreement was signed on 27 October 2025 between a company incorporated in Türkiye and Bosphorus Yenilenebilir Enerji A.Ş., our wholly owned subsidiary, for the acquisition of nine Geothermal Resource Licenses located in the provinces of Denizli and Manisa, with a total installed capacity potential of 505 MWm. In order to develop and implement these investments, Margün Jeothermal Energy Generation Inc. (Margün Jeotermal Enerji Üretim A.Ş.) was established.

The transfer of the nine Geothermal Resource Licenses, with a total installed capacity potential of 505 MWm and located in the provinces of Denizli and Manisa, was completed as of 22 April 2026.

In connection with the planned drilling activities for the geothermal wells within the licensed fields, a service agreement has been signed today with Oilwell Dynamics for the provision of Project Management, Well Engineering, Field Supervision, and Technical Coordination services.
