Şirketimiz ile yurtiçi yerleşik bir şirket arasında güneş enerjisi panellerinin satışına ilişkin sözleşme imzalanmıştır. Söz konusu sözleşmenin bedeli KDV hariç 457.203.138,66 TL olup, 2026 yılı sonuna kadar sözleşme konusu panellerin teslimi ve hasılata yansıması planlanmaktadır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Our Company has signed an agreement with a domestic company for the sale of solar energy panels. The total value of said agreement is TRY 457,203,138.66 excluding VAT. The delivery of the panels subject to the contract and the related revenue recognition are planned to be completed by the end of 2026.
