08/05/2026 ve 12/06/2026 tarihli açıklamalarımıza konu olan; yurtiçinde halka arz edilmeksizin nitelikli yatırımcılara ve/veya tahsisli olarak satılmak ve vadesi en fazla 5 yıl olmak üzere çeşitli vadelerde bir veya birden fazla seferde gerçekleştirilebilecek 5.000.000.000 Türk Lirası (Beş Milyar Türk Lirası) nominal değeri aşmayacak şekilde borçlanma aracı ihraç edilmesine ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yapılan başvurumuz, 16/07/2026 tarihli Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Bülteni'nde ilan edildiği üzere onaylanmıştır. Söz konusu ihraca ilişkin Başvuru Formu, İhraç Belgesi ve İhraç Belgesi Eki ekte yer almaktadır.

Within the scope of our notifications dated on 08/05/2026 and 12/06/2026; Capital Markets Board approved our application on debt instruments with a total amount up to TRY 5,000,000,000 (Five Billion Turkish Liras) nominal value with a maximum maturity of 5 years, in various terms, via single or multiple sales to domestic qualified investors and/or private placement methods as announced on CMB Bulletin dated 16/07/2026. The application form, Issuance Certificate and its annex are attached. We respectfully present the information to the public.
