Şirketimizin operasyonel verimliliğinin artırılması ve kaynakların daha etkin kullanılması amacıyla, İstanbul ili Üsküdar ilçesinde faaliyet gösteren Acıbadem İrtibat Bürosu'nun kapatılmasına ve söz konusu irtibat bürosu bünyesinde yürütülen tüm faaliyetler ile müşteri portföyü ve personelin Kadıköy İrtibat Bürosu çatısı altında birleştirilmesine karar verilmiştir.

Söz konusu irtibat bürosunun kapatılması ve birleştirme işlemlerine ilişkin gerekli başvuruların başta Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu olmak üzere ilgili mercilere yapılmasına karar verilmiştir.

Tasarruf sahipleri ve kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

The Company has resolved to close the Acıbadem Liaison Office operating in the Üsküdar district of Istanbul, with the aim of increasing operational efficiency and utilizing resources more effectively, and to consolidate all activities carried out under the said liaison office, together with its customer portfolio and personnel, under the Kadıköy Liaison Office.

The Company has further resolved to make the necessary applications to the relevant authorities, primarily the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye, in connection with the closure of the said liaison office and the consolidation process.

In case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
