("Can Kültür"), which holds shares with a nominal value of TRY 158,345,113.24, corresponding to 42.8% of our Company's total share capital of TRY 370,000,000, on 09.06.2026, it was publicly announced that negotiations had commenced with Ordu Yardımlaşma Kurumu (OYAK) regarding the sale and transfer of all of its shares.
In the disclosure submitted by Can Kültür today (24.07.2026), it has been announced that the Share Purchase Agreement regarding the sale and transfer of all of its shares, representing 42.8% of our Company's share capital, to ON Investment B.V., the majority shareholder of which is OYAK, has been executed and that the share transfer procedures have been completed. As of the date of this disclosure, Can Kültür no longer holds any shares in the Company's share capital. | ||||||||
