With respect to the Financial Reports and the Activity Report prepared for the financial period covering 01.01.2026 – 30.06.2026;

a) We hereby declare that, in accordance with the principles set forth under the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué Serial No. II-14.1, the financial statements and the Board of Directors' Activity Report prepared for the financial period covering 01.01.2026 – 30.06.2026 have been reviewed by us, together with their respective appendices;

b) We hereby declare that, to the best of our knowledge and within the scope of our duties and responsibilities, the financial statements and the Activity Report do not contain any material misstatement or omission that could result in the information being misleading as of the date of disclosure;

c) We hereby declare that, to the best of our knowledge and within the scope of our duties and responsibilities, the financial statements fairly and accurately reflect the Company's assets, liabilities, financial position, profit and loss, and that the Activity Report fairly reflects the development and performance of the Company's business, together with the significant risks and uncertainties it faces.

Şirketimizin 01.01.2026 – 30.06.2026 tarihlerini kapsayan faaliyet dönemi için hazırlanan Finansal Raporları ve Faaliyet Raporu'na ilişkin olarak;

a) Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri: (II-14.1) Sayılı Tebliğ esasları çerçevesinde, Şirketimizin 01.01.2026-30.06.2026 faaliyet dönemine yönelik hazırlanan finansal tablolarının ve Yönetim Kurulu faaliyet raporunun ekleriyle birlikte tarafımızca incelendiğini,

b) Şirketimizin görev ve sorumluluk alanında sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde finansal tabloların ve faaliyet raporunun önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibariyle yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini,

c) Şirketimizin, görev ve sorumluluk alanında sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde finansal tabloları Şirket'in aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumunu, kar ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıttığını ve faaliyet raporunun işin gelişimi ve performansını, karşı karşıya olduğu önemli riskler ve belirsizliklerle birlikte dürüstçe yansıttığını beyan ederiz.
