04.11.2022 ve 18.05.2023 tarihli özel durum açıklamalarımıza istinaden Şirketimizin %100 bağlı ortaklığı Zorlu Elektrik Enerjisi İthalat İhracat ve Toptan Ticaret AŞ tarafından, Tekirdağ ili Muratlı ve Süleymanpaşa ilçelerinde kurulması planlanan "Yeniçiftlik Rüzgar Enerji Santrali (250 MW) ve Elektrik Depolama Tesisi (250 MWh)" projesi ile Tekirdağ ili Malkara ilçesinde kurulması planlanan "Hamitabat Rüzgar Enerji Santrali (125 MW) ve Elektrik Depolama Tesisi (125 MWh)" projesine ilişkin önlisans süre uzatımı başvuruları, Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme Kurumu (EPDK) tarafından uygun bulunarak her iki proje için önlisans süresi 31.12.2027 tarihine kadar uzatılmıştır.

With reference to our material event disclosures dated 4 November 2022 and 18 May 2023, the applications submitted by our wholly owned subsidiary, Zorlu Elektrik Enerjisi İthalat İhracat ve Toptan Ticaret A.Ş., for the extension of the pre-license periods relating to the Yeniçiftlik Wind Power Plant (250 MW) and Electricity Storage Facility (250 MWh) project, planned to be established in the Muratlı and Süleymanpaşa districts of Tekirdağ Province, and the Hamitabat Wind Power Plant (125 MW) and Electricity Storage Facility (125 MWh) project, planned to be established in the Malkara district of Tekirdağ Province, have been approved by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA). Accordingly, the pre-license period for both projects has been extended until 31 December 2027.
