Şirketimiz pay sahiplerinden İbrahim Balarısı tarafından Şirketimiz aleyhinde 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 445.Madde hükümleri doğrultusunda Genel Kurul toplantısında alınan 5,8,13,14 ve 19 nolu kararlarının iptali istemli talebiyle Gebze Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesi nezdinde 20.07.2026 tarihinde dava açılmıştır. Davaya ilişkin cevap dilekçemiz süresi içinde ilgili mahkemeye sunulacaktır.

Dava sürecinde önemli gelişmeler oldukça kamuoyu bilgilendirilecektir.

We would like to kindly notify our esteemed shareholders and the public that Ibrahim Balarısı, one of our shareholders, filed a lawsuit against our company in the Gebze Commercial Court of First Instance on July 20, 2026, requesting annulment of resolutions #5, 8, 13, 14 and 19 made in the General Assembly, as per Article 445 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102. Our petition to respond to the lawsuit will be filed with the corresponding court within the designated timeframe.

We will keep the public updated as significant developments arise in the legal proceedings.
