Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 29.07.2026 tarihli toplantısında aşağıdaki kararlar alınmıştır:Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve diğer yasal mevzuat hükümleri ile Şirket ana sözleşmesi ve Kar Dağıtım Politikası dikkate alınarak; bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 31.12.2025 tarihli konsolide finansal tablolara göre 2025 yılına ilişkin net dağıtılabilir dönem karı 3.376.019.000 TL olarak hesaplanmıştır.

Bu doğrultuda, 3.070.574.128 TL tutarında pay sahiplerine brüt nakit kar payı dağıtılması ve 305.444.872 TL tutarında genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılması ve nakit kar payı ödemesine 2 Eylül 2026 tarihinden itibaren başlanması hususlarının Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında görüşülerek karara bağlanmasına karar verilmiştir.
